About Loren
Loren Linscott is a nationally recognized leader in violence prevention with over two decades of experience transforming how organizations prevent and respond to interpersonal violence. His clients have included universities, military installations, K-12 schools, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and international communities. Loren developed one of the nation's first restorative justice programs to address sexual violence on college campuses, and has since designed large-scale prevention programs, led organizational culture assessments, and advised institutions on trauma informed response systems across diverse contexts, including conflict zones and international settings. His leadership is informed by 14 years of direct service as a victim advocate, domestic violence shelter worker, and social services case manager. This survivor-centered foundation, combined with strategic systems thinking, has led to measurable improvements in safety, prevention outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.
