About Loren

Loren Linscott is a nationally recognized leader in violence prevention with over two decades of experience transforming how organizations prevent and respond to interpersonal violence. His clients have included universities, military installations, K-12 schools, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and international communities.

Loren developed one of the nation's first restorative justice programs to address sexual violence on college campuses, and  has since designed large-scale prevention programs, led organizational culture assessments, and advised institutions on trauma informed response systems across diverse contexts, including conflict zones and international settings.

His leadership is informed by 14 years of direct service as a victim advocate, domestic violence shelter worker, and social services case manager. This survivor-centered foundation, combined with strategic systems thinking, has led to measurable improvements in safety, prevention outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.

Prevention requires meeting people where they are, which is why Loren's work extends from organizational systems design to creative projects that shift how communities understand violence and healing.

Loren authored [graphic novel title], using narrative and visual storytelling to explore healthy relationships, consent, and harm in ways that resonate with young people. He also produced a feature length film on teen dating violence. These projects reflect his broader philosophy: lasting prevention requires changing cultural narratives, not just institutional policies.
